Robert has exhibited nationally and exhibits his paintings at the gallery in Washington, VA as well as on the R. H. Ballard website. He holds a MFA in painting from The California College of The Arts, and his experience in the art world spans over 30 years, from directing art galleries in San Francisco to directing and creating museums in New Zealand, California and Virginia. Robert taught painting in several universities and art schools, has managed several art councils and is also a trained frame maker.
