RH Ballard will accept returns of merchandise under certain conditions.
- We must be notified via email or phone of a return within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. After the initial 5 day period, returns will only receive store credit. After one month, no returns will be accepted.

Returned items without approval will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer.
- Please note there will be a 20% restocking fee on orders over $350.00.
- All items must be returned unopened and unused in original sealed product packaging for a refund or for an exchange. If an item is received and appears to be used, there will be no refund issued.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded under any circumstance for returned items.
- We do not accept returns on any discounted or sale merchandise. - The customer assumes all liability for the return shipping costs and for returns that are shipped without insurance.
- Special Orders and custom orders are non-refundable.
- Items returned that were sent using free shipping offers will be credited to your account minus any associated delivery, handling, shipping and restocking fees.
- Allow 2 to 3 weeks before inquiring about return credits. We need to inspect every return carefully. Typically, a credit will be issued to your credit card within 10 business days after receipt of returned merchandise.
R. H. Ballard ships all orders fully insured via standard ground through UPS or USPS. In-stock orders usually ship out in 2 to 3 business days. Expedited delivery is available. Call 866-503-3349 for additional charge for this service.
For shipments to P.O. Box delivery addresses and Canada, we ship insured via USPS.

Occasionally an item may be out of stock. In this case we will call or email you directly with an expected ship date. If you decide not to wait for the item, we will cancel and refund your order.
For items shipped within Virginia, we will collect 5% sales tax in addition to any shipping charges.
