Return Policy
If you are unhappy with your items for any reason, please call R. H. Ballard customer service first. This will help in expediting your return.
Unused non-sale merchandise may be returned within 15 days of delivery to customer for a full refund when accompanied by the original sales receipt or for store credit without the original sales receipt. Authorized returns must be new and unused and in original condition and packaging.
Shipping charges are not refundable. All discounted and sale items are not refundable. All special orders, furniture, custom and monogrammed items are not refundable.
Items returned that were sent using free shipping offers will be credited to your account minus any associated delivery, handling, shipping and restocking fees. If the amount returned brings the remainder of the order under $100.00, shipping fees will be applied to the rest of the order already received.
Shipping Policies
R. H. Ballard ships all orders fully insured via standard ground through UPS. Orders usually ship out in 2 to 3 business days. Expedited delivery is available. Call 866-503-3349 for additional charge for this service.
For shipments to P.O. Box delivery addresses and Canada, we ship insured via USPS.
Additional postage may be required for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and any territory outside of the continental U.S. Please call 866-503-3349 for a quote.
Free ground shipping on all orders over $100.00. Merchandise total before taxes and shipping must be $100.01 or more for this special offer. Exceptions may apply for heavy or oversize items. These exceptions are noted in the item description on the website.
Custom R.H. Ballard gift wrap is available for $6.95. Please give instructions for gift card message when selecting this option.
Occasionally an item may be out of stock. In this case we will call or email you directly with an expected ship date. If you decide not to wait for the item, we will cancel and refund your order.
For items shipped within Virginia, we will collect 5% sales tax in addition to any shipping charges.
