Major Grey's Mango Chutney
This is a traditional Major Grey style chutney, but with a third the salt and more ginger and cinnamon. Pairs well with an aged cheddar Cabot or Grafton cheddar. A wonderful glaze for grilled shrimp or fish.
Family-made in the blue hills of Virginia.
10 oz. Ingredients: mangoes, sugar, apple cider vinegar, ginger, salt, raisins, garlic, lime juice, cinnamon.
