1 CUP HOPE & HARMONY FARMS SALTED VIRGINIA PEANUTS
¼ CUP GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
¼ CUP GRATED ROMANO CHEESE
2 CLOVES GARLIC, PEELED
¾ CUP GREEN PEANUT OIL
IN A FOOD PROCESSOR OR BLENDER, PLACE THE BASIL AND PROCESS UNTIL FINELY MINCED.
ADD ALL THE OTHER INGREDIENTS EXCEPT OIL, AND PROCESS UNTIL PEANUTS ARE FINELY CHOPPED.
POUR IN GREEN PEANUT OIL AND PROCESS UNTIL MIXTURE IS CREAMY-SMOOTH. MIX INTO SALAD DRESSING.
