Directions for Use: In a teapot or a tea infuser add 2 tablespoons of mix. Pour 6 ounces boiling water over mix and let steep for 15-20 minutes covered with a lid or alternatively make a big batch with 1/4 of cup and 4 cups water. Add cream and sweetener of your choice. Or pour over vanilla ice cream for a special treat.


Herbal Teas: Hot water is used as the method to extract the medicinal constituents from herbs, which is actually one of the most effective ways to extract the most health-boosting properties from certain herbs. Medicinal Uses: Do not underestimate the healing power of herbal tea!
