Sabre flatware, specifically the Bistrot and Basic collections, utilizes 18/10 stainless steel for its cutlery, known for its durability, rust resistance, and brilliant luster. 

Sabre Paris is a French brand founded in 1993 by Francis Gelb. Handcrafted in France, with blades made from Satinless steel and carbon alloy, and the handles from acrylic.
